Award winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, Pellings appointed us as the Approved Inspector to provide Building Control services for the renovation to Trinity Baptist Church, Bexleyheath.

This renovating the main chapel comprised of structural alterations and replacing the heating system throughout the building.

The Church was built for the community in 1868, and cottages to the rear of the building were purchased in 1913 so that the land would be available to the church at a later date. Instead of building on the cottage site, a new school block was built onto the rear of the Trinity building and completed in 1935.

“We are delighted to have been appointed by Pellings for the development to the Trinity. It was a challenging task to ensure that the character of the Church was preserved whilst complying with Building Regulations.”
