Project Description:

We were approached by our long-standing client, Premier Inn, as part of their sustainability programme – Force for Good, to provide Building Control expertise in relation to this unique project.

The goal of the project was to provide young people with a training environment where they could learn skills to take into paid employment at Premier Inn sites across the UK.

We undertook 30 hours of pro-bono work to ensure that the conversion of part existing residential accommodation to hotel training facilities was compliant with Building Regulations 2010. This required regular site visits, reports and project management.
