Project Description:

We were appointed as the Approved Inspector for the construction of Whitbread Group Plc’s new £7m five-storey hotel in Newquay. The new build offers 83-bedrooms and a Thyme Restaurant on a site which was previously being used as a gravel car park since the former St Brannocks and Tolcarne Hotels were demolished in 2018.
