Project Description:

The old Granary Mill (Branwell’s Mill) building near Penzance’s Train Station has now been converted into a new 61-bedroom Premier Inn Hotel and 55 Cover Restaurant with stunning views over Mounts Bay. Working within the confines of as existing building always posed a challenge to create a plan that both complied with the Building Regulations and provided the accommodation necessary, but this was successfully achieved working with the design team.
