Project Description:

We acted as the Approved Inspector for Costa’s new roastery . The facility ships beans to more than 3,000 Costa cafes in 31 countries. The size of 30 tennis courts, the facility will have the capacity to make up to 45,000 tonnes of ground coffee per year, compared with 10,000 tonnes produced at its current site in Lambeth, south London, opposite the Newport Gallery.
