Project Description:

Our client Octavia have recently expanded the space at their current head office, Emily House. We worked closely with TM Architects to provide Building Control services for the improvements of their office facilities.

Works will include the construction of a small single storey extension along with internal alterations to Octavia’s office premises located on Kensal Road, next to the Grand Union Canal, North Kensington in London. The works are on the ground level on the north side of the building and the addition will include the installation of a green roof, extensively glazed elevations, helping to maximise daylight and making the most of the views.
