First Penthouse Ltd is a multi-award-winning rooftop development company that turns under-utilised rooftop spaces into homes. We acted as their Approved Inspector on Jessica House on the single storey roof extension to provide an additional 6,000 sft comprising of nine apartments. The high-specification one and two bed apartments offer a contemporary lifestyle within a vibrant, central town centre environment.
